I forgot to cancel my policy. How can I adjust the cancellation date?

If you need to cancel your policy prior to today's date, you can request a cancellation up to 30 days in the past. Login to the self service portal and select the date you want your cancellation to be effective. A pro-rated refund will automatically be issued.
